Books for form time

Ms S Begum, Little Ilford School's Reading Co-ordinator, has created a slide presentation made up of a collection of chosen books to encourage reading across the school and to get students thinking about openings and books they would like to read and to challenge their usual reading.  This will allow students to have conversations around reading and to really build the profile of reading.  All of these books can be found in the school library, and the students are encouraged to read the different blurbs out aloud in form time and are invited to have discussions around what may happen next or make predictions based on the cover or opening
