Medea

Little Ilford School Drama department presented Medea as its annual production, in Novemer 2009. The play featured a cast of 25 pupils and the diversity of the talented cast made it a serious and memorable drama. The in house production was based on the Greek tragedy by Euripides and is a creative collaboration by Little Ilford School drama teachers and pupils. The play was also accompanied by the school band. The audience was treated to a play that covers real life issues like love, power and revenge. Head of Drama Kate Chadwick said ‘We are extremely proud of our pupils and their achievements.’
